TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me u agree to these conditions.
-comms are personal use unless commerical uses are bought
-my work may be used for pfps, banners n posting WITH CREDIT
-Ai/ NFT is strictly prohbited. my work may not be used to aid AI.payments
- all payments all upfront in full on the agreed platform.
- an nda fee of $100 applies if you request that i do not post your commission publicy or use it as part of my portfolio.
revisions
- you will be allowed 2 free revisions once sketch is approved. any addtional revisions based on the comm will be discussed.
-once final is approved, no further changes will be made unless i have made an error. mistakes on my part do not cost the commissoner.
deadlines
- commissions may take up to 1 month to complete.
-you will be kept up to date
refunds
- you may cancel before payment is sent.
- chargebacks are strictly prohibited

-use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commerical rights are purchased)
-print the art for yourself
-post it on social media with credit to chaerrio.you may NOT
-use the artwork commercially without permission.
- claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- remove my watermark.
-resell or redistribute artwork.
-modify the artwork without my consent.
- use artwork purchased for personal usage in merch, streaming, or commerical projects.blacklist policy
- breaking these rules will result in being on a permanent public blacklist (with evidence) .
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
